These are lovely. I have not attempted to wash as yet so I cannot attest to their durability, sturdiness, or ease of cleaning. Will update after the fact. They are smaller than I anticipated but beautiful pattern and quality.Loved the colors of these that I ordered more and made valances to match. They are thin but and simple! Love them!The place matts are really thin. I have to use 2 so my hot plate doesn't damage my table. As you can see from the photos I followed the suggested washing instructions and they shrunk considerably.I like the simplicity of these placemats. They are not quilted and are a little smaller than most mats. I like the looks on my table but I haven’t washed them yet so not sure how they will hold up.I love these. The material feels very nice ~ not thin and flimsy. I also have the runner that just so happens to be exactly the right size for my side board. I am very pleased with this purchase!Its ok, love the designLooks great but not happy with how there isn’t a backing for this placemat. Won’t protect fine wood unless over a tablecloth.I haven’t had to wash them yet but these did not disappoint very pretty not to over the top. I would buy them again. Adds a touch of color to our table. The strips don’t go up& down they go across they don’t stain easy. We use them every day got red chilie on it but you couldn’t tell th se are cloth but didn’t absorb the chilie.
